The Dallas Homeowners League is the oldest citywide neighborhood network in Texas.  The League was founded in 1968 to improve the integrity of neighborhoods and to provide access to the political process for Dallas residents.  From its inception, the League has brought together citizens from all parts of the city and from all racial and socioeconomic groups to work together for the betterment of the entire community.  The League serves as the umbrella organization for neighborhood associations, civic leagues, homeowners associations and crime watch groups across Dallas.  Membership in the Dallas Homeowners League is open only to neighborhood groups and to coalitions of neighborhood groups.

The League maintains a list of interested persons who would like to receive its email alert messages.  To be added to the email alert list, send email to us at dhl@dallashomeownersleague.org.  The Dallas Homeowners League respects your privacy.  We do not sell or rent our mailing lists.  To view our privacy policy, click here.
